FELICIA

Felicia is a licensed Business Coach with ActionCoach Global and the Singapore Master Licensee of Engage & Grow. She helps companies grow in profit and productivity and transform their organisation’s culture and build highly-engaged teams.

In her corporate years she progressed from a sales role to being the company speaker and heading the training and communications for an MNC specialising in real estate investments.

Since leaving the corporate world, she has been focusing on her coaching and training business, serving diverse clientele from SMEs, to Banks including OCBC, RHB, and UOB, as well as local and international corporations like SingPost and AIA.

I am highly passionate about team engagement and leadership development. Having set up and personally managed a highly engaged team, I believe that many teams have the potential to excel, they just need to be “activated”.

My personal mission is create a Singapore engaged workforce, to help leaders become the best leader they can be and to help the teams fulfil their full potential by transforming the culture in the organisations.
