KENNETH HO

Kenneth spent the first years of his career in positions of Sales, Marketing and also as Managing Director with several MNCs, covering the Asia Pacific region.

In 1998, he partnered with Brad Sugars, the founder of ActionCOACH, to develop the Asian territories for ActionCOACH, and was instrumental in establishing highly successful franchises in Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippines, Hong Kong, China and India.

In 2005 he took on the role as Master Franchisee in Singapore and subsequently built a Firm that provides coaches services.

Kenneth brings to ActionCOACH his vast experiences in sales and marketing, managing organisations, consulting, training, as well as developing businesses, both locally and regionally.

Currently, as an ActionCOACH Firm Owner, Kenneth’s primary focus is on building a coaching team. This involves identifying suitably qualified candidates to join the team as Business Coaches and providing support to them.

Kenneth is also a Licensed Business Coach and Executive Coach as well as a Team Engagement Strategist. He regularly coaches business owners and corporate executives, helping them and their organisations become more successful.
