HAW LIN

Haw Lin is a trainer, coach and facilitator based in Singapore. He has supported clients from Singapore, China, and the Southeast Asia region over the past ten years.

With a background in electrical engineering, Haw Lin started his career as an Engineer. He later progressed to senior management in business development in both local organizations and MNCs. While leading and working with various groups, he found interest in effective team dynamics, and discovered that his passion lies in helping others to learn and grow. This propelled him to pursue a career in human engagement.

In line with his belief in lifelong-learning, Haw Lin has attained certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP) and ScrumMaster to further add on to his skillsets, and support clients in project management and agility approach. In recent years, Haw Lin also took interest in aiding individuals in their personal development, and was certified as an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with the International Coach Federation (ICF).

As a E&G coach, Haw Lin is committed to helping organizations and empower individuals to lead meaningful lives.
