If data is the new oil in AI (Artificial Intelligence), then’ heart’ ware is the new oil for value creation. Grace firmly believes that people already have all the resources they need to act effectively, at work and in their life. They just need to believe it, to see it. By working the ground, she can see that real change can only come from aligning employee ‘Head Ware’ and ‘Heart Ware’. To achieve positive results and growth in today’s complex and rapidly changing environment, the needs of both organisation and employee must be aligned. How we do anything is how we do everything.

Grace has an education background in Business and some 20 years’ experience (industries spanning lifestyle, engineering & construction, environmental management, utilities) in Corporate Planning, Business Strategy and Business Development. She has been dedicating the past 10 years of her career in the people space, specifically Organisation Development.

Throughout her career, Grace has seen business groups try Change Management options that are over complicated, cumbersome to implement and don’t deliver lasting results. Getting employees engaged and aligned, do not have to be this way.

Work experience, layered with experiential learning and implementing skills (organisation psychology, psychometric profiling, NLP-Neuro Linguistic Programming, employee engagement), puts Grace in good stead to show results with the Engage & Grow team.
